Poverty is humiliating and the pain of starvation is excruciating. God is allowing Sanma to reflect His caring for the poor and His love for the afflicted through a program which distributes food for the hungry (ricebags), and blankets for those in need in India.
Sanma missionaries visit people in slums and disaster sites in India to distribute these rice bags and cotton blankets.
When you reach out to these people, you learn more about the beautiful and powerful character trait that makes Mother Teresas out of ordinary women and great men out of average individuals--compassion!
