Animals for Child Laborers; a practical way to end child labor in India

A pair of goats or a dairy animal replaces the income of a child laborer and enables poor parents to provide their children education. Through the nutritious milk and breeding, the animals provide sufficient income to replace the income of the children.

Sanma conducts literacy classes for the child laborers. A six month long literacy at the Sanma Community Education Center prepares a child laborer to join school.
